| Greeting from President Dix
As president, I am especially grateful that you may take the opportunity to help us do important work for our communities, state, and nation.
Your contributions will assist us in feeding the hungry, clothing those in need, making efforts in gang prevention, college scholarship, and strengthening the witness for Christ in our communities. These are just a portion of the work being done by our state convention of over 140 churches and the people who connect with those congregations across Indiana.
Our State Convention mission is to be a resource to local Baptist churches across Indiana. While we have many relationships with pastors and churches of other Christian denominations, our focus is strengthening the witness and effectiveness of our local congregations who are working tirelessly to improve the quality of life for Hoosiers, regardless of their faith affiliation or social status. We strongly believe that every person is created in the image of God and therefore has intrinsic value in their humanity.

Our current cabinet/staff consists of a diverse and qualified group of ministry and business professionals. Many of these team members are leaders in ministry, business, and/or community. President Dix has appointed the first woman to serve at a cabinet level in the history of our State Convention. Our team is deeply committed to the cause of Christ individually and corporately.
| Message from the Chairlady of the President's Banquet
Our President's Banquet serves as a fundraiser and it is hosted annually. It is one of the best-attended events of our calendar activities. We are greeted by civic leaders, church leaders, and church laity and community members. Our Principle Sponsors and Title Sponsors also have the option to address the body at this event. It is hosted by our Women's Department and Mrs. Bennie Clark is our 2023 chairperson. This year the banquet will be hosted at Primo South Conference & Banquet Center.
